How does the custom mosaic process work?

Upload your pet’s photo and select your edition. Our artists reinterpret it into a marble mosaic composition, then we prepare a framed piece (or digital). You’ll receive a preview for approval before production and shipping.

How long does it take?

Digital proofs are typically ready in 5–7 days. Framed artworks ship in 2–3 weeks worldwide. Need it for a special date (memorial or adoption day)? Tell us at checkout and we’ll prioritize where possible.

What kind of photo works best?

Natural light, sharp focus on the eyes, and a clear view of your pet’s face or posture. If you’re unsure, upload your favorites—our team will advise which image will translate best into mosaic.

Can I request changes?

Yes. Each order includes one complimentary revision round on the artwork proof to ensure it reflects your companion’s personality perfectly.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely. We provide tracked worldwide shipping, carefully packaged and ready to display. Duties/taxes vary by country and are shown (or advised) at checkout when possible.

How does my purchase support rescues?

We direct 5% of every order to rescue work (food, shelter, medical care). Collaborations like our Ecuador Collection also fund partner rescues doing frontline work.
